We collect personal information when you make a reservation or submit a form, including through third-party services such as Jotform. Initially, we may collect the following:

• Phone number
• Email address
   

Note: Credit card information is not collected via Jotform. Payment details are processed securely through Square, our payment processing provider.

After you are contacted by our business to confirm your reservation, we may collect additional personal information to complete your rental process, including but not limited to:

• Driver’s license number
• Proof of insurance
   

This information will be securely handled during the setup of your rental appointment.

Once your reservation is confirmed and all required information is collected, we will securely provide and facilitate the signing of rental agreements and other documents through Square, a third-party service. Square will securely manage and process any document signatures.

We use the information you provide to:

We use Jotform, a third-party form service, to collect and manage some user information, including reservation requests and contact details. When you submit data through a Jotform form:

• Your information is stored securely on Jotform's servers
• Jotform’s privacy and security practices apply to the data collected through their platform

While 4K Rentals LLC accesses and manages your data collected via Jotform, we do not control how Jotform handles data on its servers.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers, including:

• Square (for handling payments and document signing securely)
• Jotform (as the data collection platform)
   

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through our Site, Jotform, or Square, and you do so at your own risk.
